Thinking v2
Nevermind, Found answer.
True trac needs some resistance on both wheels for torque biasing. If one tire is in air or on ice it will send all speed to that side.
So, what for front diff?

1997 Truck questions:
Drawbacks of Eaton TrueTrac?
TrueTrac is the torsen style not the Detroit locker style.
Front diff is 28 spline , correct?
Rear 8.8 diff is 31 spline , correct?
May keep rear as Ford True Track (clutch type)

I just picked up a set of new tires and thought they sold me a used one.
They took a grinder to 1/3 of the tread on one of my brand-new tires to try and get it to balance??
You can't make this crap up.
Have you ever seen this before?
I would think the tire would be out of round now.
Guess where I am headed 1st thing in the morning?
