Here at 5:50, Paul races my Buddy's little Brother. The trans in the Fox was missing 2nd gear, so he went from 1st to 3rd. Also got invited to come out to the next race: "The next race is Saturday June 20th at 9:00 am" It's 3.5 hour drive for me though. The Fox is BBC powered, BTW. Twin turbski's.

He did a good job on the trans.... just would have soaked them clutches in ATF first. I'll never forget right after Ron got divorced, we were building a 4L60 for a guy, and he ran in the house and came out with a pot that his ex used to cook with. He said "I can use this because I don't have to listen to any damn person now". LOL.

 

Heck it was gone that afternoon!

 

Yeah I'll watch that one a little later, but hell even w/o 2nd he just about caught up to Paul in the end. I think Paul has is running a trusty 671 on that engine of his and a little more weight. Think he had a few riders as well.

 

I've been talking back and forth with his Brother... hoping that I get to see it soon.

Watched about half the vid. The problem was what he thought it was....that's good.

 

Just surprised... I ordered them this afternoon. Hell.. maybe it was morning? My day has blended together, lol.

Our dog has been very sick... we almost lost her a couple of times since Thursday. So it's been a mess here.
