Great....other day I slipped on about 4" ice. Both hands, one in each pocket were hung up in the zippers mechanism. Jammed in there while attempting to catch my balance, on the jacket Shoulder blades first square. Then my head snapped back contacting the concrete fairly hard.
Foggy at first, maybe 15 seconds to recover. There was absolutely no repercussions or pain until last night (two days later). I'm thinking more and more it's related to the fall now. It's progressing.

The confusing thing is I picked up this coughing, sneezing virus that seems to going around here, and now both sides of my neck are sore as hell. Like from the jaw line in front of the ear to the adams apple. It ends at collar bone and clavicle.

What do you think , swollen lymph nodes from a virus or did I break/sprain my neck??

No pain whatsoever for two full days

 

Sounds like possibly whiplash, either way hit the urgent care to get an x-ray, CT scan. or MRI.
Could be serious and you might not want to wait.

Head ache and a soar throat from hell. Looks like I screwed myself up a bit. I'll try a candy cane until I can get tp the store.

 

Damn Brew! Sorry to hear that. I was just sitting here thinking of how sore I am. But this is nothing compared to that.

I've been doing a water pump on a 2014 Explorer the past couple nights. Internal water pumps suck.

 

Had another pick me up some Nitetime severe cold and flu. Suppose to take two caps. I took 1 went back to bed, I was out for over 2 hours and no pain. Also had them pick up some Tylenol. My old bottle expired 2018. Also a Mucus relief. TyIenol didn't work but felt better on the other stuff. Haven't shook it yet, comes back slowly. Some over the counter stuff really works though.

Suppose to get a echo done at the hospital Tues. Gonna call them tomorrow, explain whats going, they can make the choice whether to reschedule. Suppose to get a out patient monitor suit hooked. Gonna look like a storm trooper for 24 - 48 hrs.

It has been rather warm for December here. While it's nice to work on cars.... we also reeeeallly need the water.
