My neighbor brought over three Lenovo laptops.... they won't take Win11 or allow Win10 updates because they have a whopping 64GB drive. I told her I could put Linux on them... which I did. She gave me one of them for helping her out. I set it up to take to the new job. I need something slim and able to remote in to my old job, just in case. Already had a ton of calls, texts, emails...

First day in the books. I was told by so many people today that it's their favorite place they've worked. I think it was a really wise career move for me.

 

well gentlemen, its been real. After yet another setback with the truck, heater core hoses blew. i am throwing in the towel. I cant keep up with the repairs that she needs, feel defeated and think i bit off more than i can chew. Debating selling or junking, either way im not repairing the blown hoses.
