I am surprised at somethings about Amazon.
I ordered a book for mom for her B-day.
Last one in stock, paid extra to get it here before her B-day.
When it came, they folded it in 1/2 to stuff it in the mailbox.
When I called to complain, I told them it was the last one in stock, so I can't replace it &
I am going to unfold it and put something heavy on it to see if it flattens out.
She will be getting something damaged for her B-day.
I wanted 25-40% refund, but before I could ask, they said they would refund the entire amount, and I could keep it.
The bonus..... it did flatten out and you could barely tell it was folded in 1/2.
The wire binder was the only thing that showed.
Got all my chit done for the day and the Vette fueled up, just going to dust it off and then head to the car show.
Going early to get a spot in the shade, kinda warm in the sun today.

I don't know what in hells name we've got going on in Utah, but this hit the news over the weekend. This happened 9 houses down from my Dad's childhood home. I spent so much time here on this street as a child.
