Anybody know how to get a 22mm OD rubber sway bar end bushing into a 16mm hole?

I used regular, non-pornographic silicone grease, as well as silicone spray. Nothing.

Anyone here have the pleasure of replacing the Passenger side VC gasket on the 4.6? Mines been leaking about a quart every 2 weeks or so. Kind of over the burning oil smell and the look on people's faces when the smoke comes out from under the hood while getting gas lol. Would it be better to remove the hood? Im planning on removing the pass wheel and getting the lower bolts out that way. Any tips? Anyone in NC wanna come and have beers and assist? lol this is one of the last Fixes I need to make on the truck but keep pushing it off.
