I guess they have it under control now. They didn't say what caused it. That propane tank was huge though. The hotter it is outside the more it expands inside the tank. Each tank has a release valve to handle expansion. If you have a full tank on the grill and it gets in 90+ degrees outside, chances are you'll smell it.
