that's what i was referring to when i said spiting it out lol. it made taking the starter out easier with all the oiling it got LOL.

Indeed. I know the only fix is to replace the gasket and heads, if im replacing the heads due to the burr i might as well go PI. Thats down the long long road tho.

Mine has zero oil there. It also looks like I did indeed remake the harness. I think I'll put some heat shrink on it while I have it apart. The Super 33 isn't sticking as well as I would like it to.

The old 98 was fixed under warranty....like over two decades ago lol

I guess that technically, mine was too. The PO got them to put a reman in it in 2001.

So how many miles on the reman motor then, did the PO tell yuh ?

Believe I had around 31,000 when I took it in, it was just over warranty.

They covered it. I'm not sure what all they did, can't recall. Never leaked there again.

He told me it was replaced at 100K in 2002. It had 19xK when I bought it in 2011. So the math doesn't math... but it runs like it only has 155K on it though. There were several receipts in the glove box... all of it was dealer work. But nothing about the motor. I even called the dealer that he said did it, and they said it was too long ago to be in their system.
