Does it really need to be a sticky? Stickys are typically for must-read threads or ones that are hard to find. This one isn’t because it’s got so much activity.

With all due respect, are we just going to dance around the questions?

Curious, DJ: Why did you mount them on the front of that grille bar and not recessed a bit into one of the openings (like mounted on one of the ribbed sections above or below and slightly outboard of where they are now)? Lateral visibility?

Also, will you be doing anything with the turn signals? Since they're LED, I assume they'd be good candidates for flashing sequences, too.

yea lateral visibility, I put them behind the grill and they were not visible unless you were directly in front. plus then the wires get a little to close to the active grille shutters for my liking, where they are now, i have the wires zip tied to the vertical grille bars which not only hides the wires nicely and keeps them out of the way, As for the signals, id love a speed turtle flasher but they dont make them for the 21-24s

Remember when Coke changed their formula?

Remember when Coy and Vance replaced Bo and Luke?

It's something like that.

I kinda thought that was the case. I wasn't thinking all the way back, just in that little recess. You do want them as visible as possible, though. That Speed Turtle kit is cool! It would be worth a call to see if one for your truck is in development. Maybe you could even get an evaluation unit. You'd certainly qualify.
