Very likely. There's no S/N on it, so hard to tell. If it would fit in my luggage, I'd bring it home with me.

And a brief review seems to indicate that it is, indeed, pre-1950 since it has a wooden stock.

According to that, my old 880 pump w/cracked plastic stock was from the 70's.
EDIT: Recall dad having to go with me to purchase it...at a Meijers store.
