No, my car is coming home to me.
My gramps bought it new in 1970, when he passed away my mom and uncle inherited it.
It was old and needed work.
Mom put up the money, I did the restoration, and we kept in in my uncle's name.
Sr. to Jr. so it is an estate vehicle, same family its whole life.
It has been in his care for the last 10 years down in Alabama, and he is ready to give it back.

I'm gonna put this bad boy to use today and tomorrow. I hope it works out good... being able to do this could be a game changer.

I talked to Bonnie this morning. I had to call her, of course. She told me, one by one, that ALL THREE of the cars they're still advertising are "long gone".

Glad I didn't decide to just jump in the car and go. Dumb focks.

I will, however, be picking up a T-bird fan from a closer yard tomorrow morning. $35. There's a Mk VIII fan 90 minutes away, but it's $50 and I'm concerned I won't be able to make it fit. It has $160kmi on it, so maybe if the T-bird fan fits, I'll order that one and pay the shipping.

1970 Corvette roadster LS5 454 4-speed with A/C and black vinyl hardtop.
Less than 876 built like it.
Last pics I have of it in March of 2014 when I shipped it back to Alabama.

You are very wrong on this vehicle; it was appraised at 70k when I completed the frame off restoration in 2014.
