Holy crap those tires look like poop! They need to tub the rear and go narrower up front. It looks like a redneck 4x4 running spacers! Props for the 671 blower, tho.
What driver did you use? It reminds me of some of the American Bass stuff I've seen. But, it looks like it may say Soundstream?
Good eyes, White. That's a Soundstream USA-12. I bought the amp, components, 6x9's and sub at a deep discount for a different car when my company was a supplier to the back in the early 2000's. Most of it ended up in the Mustang in '08. I switched the sub out later for one by Elemental Designs, a now-defunct audio company. (I don't remember why.) The amp and rear components are still the old-school Soundstream stuff, and the coaxial 6x9's are (still) setting unused in the attic.

I have a 10 in each Fox that was made by Audio Legion. I was thinking of moving to one of their 12's, but they've also gone defunct it appears. Kinda sad when these companies don't last.
I also have two of the original 15 inch subs made by "The Crunch". Made in Modesto, CA as I recall. One of these days, I'm going to rebuild my old Marantz 2250B and use those 15's for it.
I had dual 10" Pioneers in my Fox that were about $20 apiece! They sounded surprisingly good and went down to 25Hz in a homemade ported enclosure. Drove them with a 100x2 Pyramid amp bridged mono (which I still have along with the matching 4-channel amp). If you want something "period correct" for Frankie let me know. I might make you a deal.
