This is the same fan shroud, and fan - but different motor: (Variable Speed Motor)
LINCOLN MARK VIII 1993-1998
------ In fact, I am using a 97 Cougar shroud and electronics, and a 98 Mark VIII fan blade. The shroud has the same p/n, and so does the blade itself.

Got this call about midnight. I didn’t go as I was dead asleep. Trucker missed a stop sign at a T intersection. Right across the road into a field. Notice the flyer on the side of the trailer

Do I need proof of anything? I have the receipt for the replacement if that works?
I have a guy that comes and buys them from me
I show no receipts and he just knows I did not steal them as a mechanic
I only talk to him about once a year, but he comes to my house and cashes me out
I once asked him about the thievery aspect, and he said he has to jump through some hoops on his end IIRR

You can tell him I told you to call him (I got his number from a friend in the business as well)
Might take me a day or two to respond and I will have to see if I still have his number

That's a pretty big "Oops.". At least he wasn't at a high speed when it happened.

Great. thank you! For me to have stolen this, it would've taken some time... lol. Had to drop the cross member to get it all the way out. Ford put some piece of crap rubber/metal concoction on there for noise dampening, I suspect. I wanted to leave it all intact just in case the Walker piece didn't fit right. But I think it fit better than the OEM setup.
I'll PM you about that info, much appreciated!
EDIT: This is what I replaced on it. I think this fit better than the original Y-pipe.
