My 25th got cancelled, just last August, due to lack of interest.

Quite honestly, anyone that I cared about back then, I still associate with..... so, ya know? LOL.

BTW, Brew, I am a proud owner of an Intel Core i7-3520M....

It'll fit in the laptop - I just can't use the Intel Xtreme Tuning tool with it - it is too old. It looks like I have an available update for the BIOS, so I am going to update it and see what that gives me. I think I recall having an overclock option when I went through it before when I put the WD Black drive in it.

Oh that was just for the tuning tool, I thought it was mobo compatibility.

BTW, watch out for Blacks and Blues, seen numerous fails there.

It's been going for a year, and it's a great drive. I've never had a WD drive fail. Plenty of Seagates and Toshibas though. Kind of funny how some people have better luck with certain brands. The Mac guy at work hates WD's.

Just don't ever try and install an OS on a green drive, LOL.

I gave up on blues and blacks a good time ago. WD customer service was great though, just a pita to warranty all the time. Plus I'd always loose something when they go, just recent stuff. Began using EVO's , no more problems.
