Yeah I may need to buy the tool.... Idk how else I will adjust the lights... also any ideas on where to go to aim my lights? lol my driveway is on an incline... and I don't have a wall + 30 ft of flat room to aim them. Can't think of a place where I can park against a wall and back up 30ft

New lights in, just gotta make sure they are aimed right. they look a ton better! Sorry don't know if pics will upload in order. Also looks like my bulbs were made in Jan/03.... original bulbs? Yikes

Your driveway doesn't appear to be too steep. Looks about the same slope as my parents, and I've adjusted many-o-headlight on their garage door.
