I'd say closer to 12" in most places, Brew. If you look real close in the middle of the tracks, you can see marks where the shock brackets and/or diff were just dragging through the top of the snow.

Looks like a combo of not cleaning it beforehand, and not having enough heat.

Wow! What is your elevation? We got about an inch, which is mostly gone now. I am at 5,040 in elevation.
