Lol... I actually made that call today at work. I bought their last two yesterday. They won't have more until tomorrow. But, I'll have to get them on Monday. I'm off tomorrow four my eye surgery.

Decided to try and repair it to get some stuff off of it... seems to be slower than molasses right now. Just also ordered Windows 10 Pro because I need to be able to remote to this thing. Home only allows RDP at a client level.

Oh crap... do you have an entire axle that you bought for parts or did you just buy the tube?

I had one of those Sun Setter awnings on my old house. The wind would have it's way with that thing all the time. I quit using it because of the wind.

Luckily yes, I didn't expect to get the axle , but yea , they sent me that as well, plus an actuator and all the 4wd vac lines and breather.

But yea, was running a tap through the half shaft threads on the axle (cleaning out what's left of the red loctite) and noticed it was bent , -right on the end where slides into the pilot bearing....no wonder that bearing was bad ehh lol.

I didn't thing to look for a bent axle, -the housing was cracked , not blown apart...but yea, it's bent alright.

Haven't removed the diff cover yet, prepping the other parts to re-install first before exposing the diff. But now, I guess I better look at the diff inside before going any further ehh.

Oh well, got to do some welding this morning, made a bearing installer...so yea, broke out the mig for all of 3 minutes lol.

I remember those commercials lol. My brother has one, not a sun setter though, pretty nice actually. I have a couple motorized on the trailer, the aluminum framing was making goofy noises while retracting in the wind. Had to close the vents on the roof as well, - mannn that wind is really kicking now lol.

Been thinking about yuh white, have the camera in the garage. Waiting until it's all prepped before I take any picks...sort of line things up first before I take a couple shots...so you can see what's going on.
