That hat is working! Your forming complete sentences now anyway. Better keep that thing on for awhile, just in case.

LOL @ the tin foil hat.

AK, So that deck would work in my Escape. Seems to me that in your pic, you had a couple harnesses more with connections hooked up?

Yeppers it will. You notice that the two plugs are black and grey. One is 8 wires (speakers) and the other is the power, constant, lighting, ground etc. It is plug and play. It will plug and play with your 97 also, but the hole in the dash needs to be opened up a little because of it being square in the back and not angled.

Trade you for the TSC trucks.

Also get my Carhart gear and tractor tires there.
Yes sir... It's a cool little store. My Buddy got me this one at a different location.

Is there a battery charger you all would recommend that is less than 100$? All I can afford right now.

I have both this one....

Amazon Amazon

and this one....

Amazon Amazon

I would recommend either of them. I like the one on the bottom a bit better because I can use it to maintain the battery on the Mustang in the winter months. Works really well.

I use a very old type...man, I can't recall the name, starts with a K lol. It's a good one though, I know they still make them. It has to be over 20 years old. Damn it's on the tip of my tongue...Iduno, it's not digital but has always worked flawlessly. Klien maybe ? Nah, that's not it. Kienetic maybe ? Crap I'll go look , I know where that is.....

K-Tool International 12 amp. Nothing special, it's a small red box. Has a manual charge and auto. I use the auto feature (on and off slow charge) and usually let it charge a batt over night if it's dead.

EDIT: Found it, they still make the exact same one (google images) identical lol. These little suckers are built to last, -
