Those are the exact ones I have now except there's an LED strip at the bottom of the light and they look great. I do have limo all around, the F150 decals blacked out and black rims though. My truck is silver. They should look good with yours.
Though im not a fan of the aftermarket tail lights. I have mine plasti-dip'd (stock of course).
Lights in my profile picture aren't there anymore, I haven't got around to changing the profile picture.

just plasti dipped my f150 emblems last night
they look good
buying new rims soon and going to get them powder coated.
getting black hadles for the doors, black gas cap, plasti dipping fender flares (stock of course:P), possible a black tool box after winter because my fiberglass top is helping me a lot. going to plack out teh whole thing. pretty excited.

Don't get black door handles. That'd make it look like a work truck. Painted to match looks 5x better.

okay. i was going to because tha tailgate already has a black one so i was just going to get them all black. just pretty excited to get everything done and make ti look good

Paint the tailgate handle red. I painted mine to match and it looks way better. Flows much nicer than black.

I have those tail lights on my truck actually... Headlights are going to be different. Here is mine with those tails:

Have you found the true smoked Harley heads with the full length reflector?

No the round supercrew/flareside lights won't fit a straight side.
