It will look like there is no nut where there should be.

Iirc 02.5+ came with "revised" heads to help rectify the plug problem..

From what I have seen its mostly the earlier trucks 97-01/02 ish. But chances are the never fully fixed the problem lol

They say they revised the issue but I highly doubt they did until 04,05 I knw quite a few people that its happened to that own 03 me being one of them

Yeah in 04/05 they revised the issue by creating an entirely new engine with an entirely new spark plug problem lol. 02.5-03 2v 5.4 heads were given an "extra thread" although obviously it still wasnt enough..
