Yup, same spacers I've been running for over a year. Offroading, 35s and running 37s... cross country driving... holding up just fine!

Yes it does, but torque correctly, torque lugs correctly and don't be an idiot offroad and you should be fine!! I've done plenty of it and mines fine.
