The only cats i have are these, i cut the ones off that are circled and gutted the other ones

The ones you cut off need to be replaced. Universal 2.25" inlet/outlet style magnaflow would be my pick.

well i gutted the precats and if i replaced the regular ones with lets say hi flows, would i still get the same mpg if i wouldn't have gutted the pre cats, or is it fine to gut those

It will probably be pretty close. This is what you need.

Do you not have O2 sensors already in the exhaust pipe?

You are absolutely right. My trucks old owner put true duals on and when that happened he necked it down to 2.25s I x-piped with a magnaflow dual in dual out with an internal crossover. I had forgotten about that.
