Haha, if you lived here you'd understand. There are a ton of illegals here, think small town in Ga that's exactly like a small town in a border town in TX. They seriously suck at driving. At least it was minimal damage.

Well, I was doing about 50, it slowed down quickly once I hit the brakes. The airbags never deployed so I was going under that speed at least, whatever it is lol. At first I was pretty upset, then when she all of a sudden pulled the "no speak English" bit and acted like she was hurt after a paramedic and three firefighters were told by her in English that she was ok and didn't need an ambulance I got very angry. Then I started laughing because I totaled the hell
Out of her car and had minimal damage to my truck.

Depending on your deductible, it may very well be cheaper to just pay it out of pocket, especially considering your rates can go up if you make a claim.

I know what ya mean. Lived in east Texas for 6 yrs. was in Houston and a Mexican came across five lanes to beat traffic and hit and totaled my ranger and the he hit a Lexus SUV that then hit me. He proceeded to get out of the vehicle and run away. But others stopped him in his tracks. Also I did not find what u said racist either.

Already made the claim, the deductible is only 500, paint work, new bumper, and fog light will cost well over that. Rate will go up anyway because of the person I hit. Technically I was at fault since I rear ended her, though I didn't get a ticket because the state patrolman knew it was all BS.

That sucks. They love to stop right in front of ambulances and fire trucks here as well.

Well, those and black lightning heads were on my list of mods, but after this I don't know. I'd hate to pay out for stuff insurance probably won't cover. I'm glad I hadn't put any on yet. I'd have been super pissed then.
