Default Tail Light Grounding Wire Location

I don't know much about the electric systems on cars so if anything i did sounds wrong please advise.

So my rear passenger side tail light went out on my 2000 Ford F-150. I replaced the bulb, no good. Switched the fixture with the one from the driver’s side, drivers side worked passengers didn't. So i know the problem isn't the bulb or the fixture, and i also checked the fuses all good. Is there a way to check the connection the fixture goes into to see if that is the problem?

I was also thinking that it could be a grounding issue. I tried to locate where it was grounded but all the wires leaving the connection go into a conduit, continue until the driver’s side tail light then continue down to the front of the truck, didn't see any grounding connections.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thank you

you could cut the ground wire and bolt it to something metal but that's all I can think of the test the ground

Does the brake/turn signal lite work? If so, its not a ground issue.
