I was reading through this thinking," I'm pretty sure there's someone on here that has that color combo going...."

You know,
it's kinda weird, but I had a hard time finding any pics of the 10th Gen red w/black rockers online. Found plenty of Dodges with this color style though. Dunno why.
The few I did find (one or two) went with the chrome bumpers. It's funny cause I cant tell you how many times i went out, squinting my eyes at the truck trying to visualize it in my mind, wondering if I was making the right choice.

I photoshopped wheels, black bumpers, tinted taillights, and a few other things trying to decide what direction to go with my truck. I used Plasti-dip for my bumpers as a temporary "try it and see,," but it's been on there quite awhile now and still looks decent. I still may switch to painted steel or have these Line-X'd at some point, though.

Yup! your truck is looking nice!
I just wish I had the mechanical know-how to do some of the things you did under the hood.

btw, what is it about the 4wd extended cap flareside that makes it look so much better than the 2wd extended flareside version?

Thanks for the kind words, Bang.

I think it's simply the height difference. Raising the body make the truck look more stocky or "muscular," and I think the extra curves of the flareside bed help accentuate this.
