You've a very nice looking truck. Will look good with the ford overlay on it. If you are still customizing it let me know if you have an interest in getting something else made. I just made a mirrored stainless piece for a forum members tailgate that he will be receiving this week sometime (obviously of blacking the truck out is your idea then that won't interest you but I can make many trim accessories. I'm getting into fabrication but im in the midst of getting my own equipment as well. So keep me in mind.

x2 plasti dipping the bumpers I think makes any truck look good.

I have zero chrome on my truck as it sits except for the lug nuts and I like the look

Well if you're into black lots of guys do bed liner on their rockers to two tone the truck and add protection. You could also do barbed wire or get some kind of raptor stripe made up.
Al's Liner works well for coating rocker panels, as well as lower fenders. Our off-the-shelf coating colors are black, gray and tan. Or you can match it to your paint, or do custom colors by adding automotive paint pigment. The Al's Liner Kit is DIY, and offer spray guns as well so you can texture the coating as you want it. Check out some of the custom work our customers have done using Al's Liner. You can get more info at: www.alsliner.com.
