i got a 2wd 99 150. i put 33's on the truck and the ball joints went to hell. im looking at buying a 2 inch suspension lift. my question is, after i put the lift on, can i put on new factory ball joints? i heard that i have to get a certain type of ball joint or somethin. or would a camber kit help?

 

I use stock ball joints. no camber kit.
