I have a 99 F150 4x4 Lariat with just under 223,000 miles. Changed out my upper control arms due to bad ball joints, still need to do lower ball joints, but is there anything I can do to stop the squeaking from the leaf springs. I spray lube on it every once in a while but that only last a couple of days. The little plastic disc have eroded and broke away, what else can I use?

 

I feel your pain, the noise was brutal...A trick I used on mine was to take a piece of old garden hose and clamped it in place where the plastic was. Installed last summer and still working.
