Default Suspension lift 1998 2WD

Hi,

I like to lift my 1998 2WD SuperCab 3 inch front and rear.

For the rear I will use 3 inch blocks with extended U-bolts.

For the front I thought about using 2 or 3 inch lift spacers for the coils.

How does this affect ride quality? Stiffer? Can anybody share his experience?

I couldn't found informations about shocks. Do I need longer shocks?

Thanks

Mark

I would go with 3" lift spindles up front, keeps all geometry/shock size the same. Ran them on my 99 with no worries. Coil spacers over 2" put a lot of strain on your front end

Yeah those big coil spacers will wreck havoc on the frontend and make the ride way stiffer i have 1 and a half inch coil spacers and wanna remove them

3.5" spindle lift all the way man. Factory ride and suspension angles staythe same as stock

Thanks guys.

This was a great help. I will go with 3" blocks at the rear and the 3,5" spindles at the front. Maybe I give the leafes a little more arch...1 or 2".

Your guna be wayyyyy higher in the back if you do that, dont know if thats the look you were going for just letting you know. A 2" block in the back will put you level with 3.5" lift spidnle up front

I like a rear end thats a little higher than the front end. At least 1" or a little more.
