Question Suspension???

Hello, I am new to this forum and would like your input on upgrading the suspension on my f150. I am not mechanically inclined so translate in terms I can understand please I am just getting into modifications and stuff so I am a rookie. Basically my truck has a 6 in fabtech suspension lift. This is how it was when I bought it. But I have noticed that when I go over bumps and dips the truck responds a lot and jerks around. What can I get/install to make the ride smoother and less bumpy while Im driving? And what are the costs associated with it? Please help any knowledge would help!!!

If you go over bumps pretty regularly, I would probably suggest dual shocks all the way around and dual steering stabilizers? Any backup on this guys and gals? I was thinking about doing this when I lift mine too. This would probably cost around +/- $500.

yeah in my experience with some of my older trucks when you get that high you sacrifice some of your ride, though i would agree that dual shocks and a good set of steering stabilizers are a good start no idea on the cost though
