Default Superchip Owners

Superchip owners out there i have an issue that i'm hoping someone can help me with. I have a 98 4.6 f150. I bought a superchips tuner off a good guy on this forum here. I got it in the mail and plugged it all in and did what i was suppose to do and i had no problems with it. Loaded my stock tune and downloaded the 87 octane, everything is all good. Now today i've decided i wanted to go back to stock to jump into the high performance tune. I've got it all prepped with premium gas and it says VIN LOCKED. Error code 9. I've never used this on any other ford. Just my f150. Anyone ever see this happen before?

Theres a problem with that. One thing i guess they dont even sell this specific unit anymore. Two, this freakin thing is old enough that it doesnt even have a usb cable port. Its a good working unit, and worked fine the first time and now it doesnt want to function.
