7.3s aren't really power houses, but with rockwells running like a 9.xx gear ratio and a tuner it'll move. Tuners do so much more for diesels, you can add 100 hp off of a tuner with a diesel.

6.72:1 in most 2.5 rockwells. But I'm but sure what gear they swap to for that size tire

Truck will only need to do 55 mph,so I'll probably run a really low gear.

. Lol so low that wide open pending on what your driving.... You would prolly be close to wide open at 60-70mph. Just my guess. If that fast... The motor would be revved out unless you went with a different transfer case. Just do your homework when you start buying parts. I'm just guessing on this but I mean 54's 6.72 gears. That's a lot of tire to pull and a low gear... Don't see it moving down the hwy real fast. But I my be wrong too. I've never built one. Wish I could tho. Lol
