That line is a breather tube for your diff , what you could do is clean that hole, then take off the part that's stuck to the diff, then just re connect the tube that's there

ok thanks man I decided to do this instead of a big lift will my 33s look to small with this lift sense I already have the 3" body and 1.5" level

Yup,4.56. I have a lifted 4x4 so I can't comment really on the rub of a 2wd,but with my 37s and stock wheels I only rub on the torsion bars.

Im at 9" of lift with 33s and ya I definitely need bigger tires but it's not horrible so you should be ok for now
