yea I think so that's what I had planned on doing I guess I'll just have ta climb under the truck and measure my stock blocks to see

how exactly do u measure blocks cuz just measured on my truck and from top of axle to top of block it's about .5" but it curves and goes about halfway down each side of my axle and if I measure from their to the top it is 2"

Those look like bump stops,if you get a 3.5" spindle and keep your level you'll need to take those out and put a 4" block in.

That line is a breather tube for your diff , what you could do is clean that hole, then take off the part that's stuck to the diff, then just re connect the tube that's there
