Is this thing one piece to the fuel rail?

I don't see a way to remove it

The hose goes on the end of the nipple... just remove the hose, and connect another piece of hose on there and see if you get fuel into a jar or something....

I'm sorry, I meant I don't see a way to remove the regulator even if I wanted to replace it.

Mine is different. Two bolts hold mine on. However a quick Google search returns this....
