Default 99 XL power windows

Hi all, Tired of searching..... maybe someone can chime in.
I have the door panels, power regulators, mirrors, lock solenoids, switches and wiring harness. Do I need any thing else to install and make the power windows, mirrors and locks work in my 99 XL ?
Parts are all factory
Feel like i could be overlooking something.
Any feed back much appreciated.

You are forgetting the GEM programming unless you wire past it.

That is what I found out when I looked into it. either get your gem programed or find one from the same year that has every thing.

There is hardly anything that is plug and play, when it comes to computer related or controlled items after 1996. 1999 and up is really more complicated, due to the PATs add on and digital cluster odometer.
