so can I run one off a 4.6 truck? I just looking for more Hp with out spending big money. Do yall think my turning to truck into a dual exhaust truck with my cats will help it any?

the throttle body off a 00+ Mustang with a 3.8 fits the 4.2 perfectly all wires hook up and everything. I think they are the same size though, so all you get is a stiffer gas pedal due to the Mustangs having stiffer springs in it. I have one on my 4.2 right now.
