For like a day.

I'm not saying to discount a partially blocked fuel line or bad injectors. Just don't assume that it must be fuel related because you changed the filter and it ran good for a bit afterwards. A coincidence may send you down the wrong path.

The only way to diagnose any mechanical problem is to start methodically eliminating possibilities.

I know what you mean. A flaw exists in the idea of coincidence though. The truck ran this way when i got it and i put on ~6k miles before this and ~3k since

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but could it possibly be a dirty MAF sensor?

I also cleaned that. Back to the coincidence thing, i dont know if maybe it is bad and i fixed the fuel issue but now the maf is creating the current running condition. Side note: it idles and revs very well, just no power

Have you disconnected the MAF and checked for any difference?

I did awhile back but dont remember. It did idle super rough though. I'll do it again tomorrow and report back.
