I need to replace my outer tie rod ends, rotors and idler arm. Besides those specific parts are there any other component I need to get in order to complete the job? Such as, bearing or fittings adjustments sleeves etc. or can I reuse all of the old parts?

No but I would make sure to get high quality replacements like moog and plan on needing an alignment very soon after as your steering wheel/ toe setting with be off.

I firmly understand the principle of you get what you pay for, but What is the issue with something such as advanced auto's house brand? Do they simply wear out faster or do they drastically affect performance?

Those will wear out fast. It would be good to go with a better brand like the guy above said

You can get moog or other quality parts at rockauto with fast shipping and good prices. I've ordered parts from them for my f150 and my explorer and recieved my parts in 2to4 days.

House brand should be fine just make sure they have grease fittings on them and use em!
