Default Stalls at stop signs and very rough idle

Okay so heres the story, i replaced my dpfe sensor to clear that code, and now i have alot better gas mileage, but my truck idles rough in park, and drops to about 450 in drive and stalls at stop signs or when i reverse slowly, and i can tell theres some power loss, yesterday i got code p0153, for a bad o2 sensor, i bought an o2 sensor. but on the way home, the code went away, came back, and now its gone again, not sure what to do here, and then sometimes when im driving, i check my scanner and see this

I don't know what software you are using, but NOT PASSED seems to be different from FAILED. Can it be PENDING since you just replaced a part and the car has not accumulated enough mileage and driving patterns?

Yeah.... if you are using this as your point of reference for replacing your O2 sensor, no wonder you aren't figuring this out. This won't clear as long as you keep resetting it. You have to complete a drive cycle. I think most of your problem is, is that you can't keep your fingers out of the pot. It will never give you the info you need if you keep resetting it every day.

And you don't think that just maybe that could be why you're chasing your tail on this truck?

Lol guess he doesn't realize how a poorly operating engine can create problems down the line. Not everything is instant...

Are you able to run mode 6 with your scanner? See if you can see the O2 sensor (not) functioning?
