Default Squeaking noise

So I have a squeaking noise coming from the middle to rear if my truck. I haven't figured exactly where yet, but I know for sure it's around there. If anyone has experienced this or knows how I can fix it please let me know. It sounds horrendous. Thank you!

Most squeaks like that either comes from ball joints or tie rod ends. The noise travels. Jack the front end up and try to wiggle the front tires in the 12 and 6 o'clock positions and the 3 and 9 o'clock positions. If there's play at 12 and 6 its ball joints, 3and 9 its outer tie rod ends. Hope this helps.

Check your u-joints...they will squeak sometimes when they lose grease and start to sieze up.

grease the whole front end, if that doesnt solve your squeak then it's either ball joints or the pitman arm causing your squeaks

If its the original front end it won't have grease fittings. And the pitman arm won't cause any squeaking. He would notice free play in the steering if it was the pitman arm. The tie rods or ball joints are the only components on the front end that would squeak.

Ball joints and tie rod squeaks are easy to find tho and he said that he knows its coming from the middle to the rear of his truck, so I would still say check those u-joints..at least that's where I'd start

I agree with ya. I just know noise will travel to what sounds like underneath the cab with those 2. But I agree with ya, I'd check em to.

Ok I figured out its coming from the front left tire... So I'm guessing its ball joints? Or bushings?
