Default speedo gear question

So i have seen people on here with bigger tires switching the speedo gear. where is everyone getting these gears? i would really like to switch mine out. i put 35" tires on my truck.

When I put 35s on my 02 I used my diablo sport preditor programmer to adjust my speedo.
Then did the same on my current 99 f250 ld for the 33s.
Not sure if you can on the 97-98 trucks but this is the simplest way IMO.

The 97 and 98 use the mechanical gear that the PCM does not control. Ford dealer is the place most people get the gear. Use this calculator with your gear ratio to see how many tooth gear you will need.
