Default Spark plug wire route

Did Ford publish anything illustrating the exact route of the plug wires? I have the firing order, however there's wire brackets and looms that you must remove, transfer to the new wires.

Does this route resemble the way it was stock?

Do whatever you have to to get it done? The wire lengths aren’t always the same, so you do what you have to do.

I did enough plug and wire changes plus intake gasket jobs that I pretty much tossed all the holders that weren’t near the exhaust manis. Wires laying across the back of the intake? Never had an issue.

My concern, obviously, is the plug wires will come loose then make contact with something, consequently, getting damaged. They use the wire bracket, then it mounts to the stud on the valve cover.

I may need to add wire looms ,

Add wire looms and use zip ties.

You may be overthinking this. I did this a few weeks ago. The ones that route behind the engine were the trickiest. Just take pictures and use logic. Transfer your old looms to your new wires. You’ll be fine.

You may need to get a few clamps for your pcv hose, mine was leaky and the pcv valve was rusty, I'm only suggesting that because there's grease and old oil on the side of the motor, I assume you had a leak.

First , heres a new picture of the way I routed my new plugs after I put in the new coil. I actually originally wired them wrong, on bank 2, the cat began smoking, CAREFUL routing the wires to bank two!

Second, what size motor in your f150? I'm pretty sure with starting charging systems are all very similar, there's a battery cable, comes from the positive post, goes to your starter relay, and starter. theres most likely a starter relay switch, or a p/n position relay as well, both will play a role in the starting process, it would be wise to obtain the schematic of youre system, then follow the diagrams and color wires, go through the system with a multi-meter, do you have a multi-meter?
