Huh, I know the cap needs to be working..cleaned, but I never put that together before...I mean with the gurgling problem.

Come to think of it, -that might of fixed mine way back when. I recall when mine was gurgling (always after shutdown), I did everything I posted earlier. BUT, although I didn't purchase a new cap, at some point I cleaned the crap out of mine w/compressed air. THAT I remember lol.
