Ok , will air in the system cause the heat to not be really hot ?

It can if the air gets trapped in the heat exchanger

Well I took the rear wheels off and put is as low as I could on jack stands . Then jacked up the front . Let it run for a few with the heater on high . Note to self , probably easy to just park on a step hill ! Will see in the morning if it helped .

I've been trying to do the same thing for a couple weeks, I'm pretty sure I've either got a leak on the heater core, or I'm getting exhaust pushed into the coolant system somewhere, creating the air pocket in the heater core. Going to get the coolant tested in a couple days, If it's not exhaust in it, and a pressure test on the coolant system passes, I'm going to find a place that uses the vacuum system to fill the coolant, or the noise is going to drive me crazy, lol.

The hill thing didn't work for me at all (my driveway puts my truck at a pretty steep incline and it still didn't help.

So , you did EVERYTHING in post #7. If so, there's one other way, but all of post 7 needs to be done first. Since it's was most likely filled improperly.

No sir , i haven't done any of that yet . Have to do that thisweekend when i have more time .
