yeah ill try that tomorrow mornin. changed the oil, it looked alright to me. im still unsure bout it all but i guess if i cant figure it out time will tell.

I had the same problem a few months ago... I would notice the temp gauge go up and I would check and the coolant level was low so I added coolant! Couple of days later low again! Turned out to be the intake manifoold! There made of plastic and over time they just go bad! So I'd check that. DONT go to the dealer!!! I got a manifold from autozone for about $230 and had a local mechanic do the work for about $200. Much better than the dealer! They said the manifold was $400 without labor!!! Good luck!!!!

What is the test that will tell for sure a bad intake gasket? The 'bubble in the radiator' test?
