Default Issues update / worse

Just returned from a 100 mile highway trip and man have the issues resurfaced! Now the truck is shuddering/grinding at every start from stop while turning left or right. No shudder from start foward start. Seems to be from the rear end and lasts only a couple seconds getting moving to 5 mph. I see no leaks from the rear end.
HELP

I talked to a guy the specializes in drivetrain and he said the sometimes you have to add up to three bottles of friction modifier so I added a couple more bottles to mine and it really helped. He said that nothing is wrong with it, it just needs more. He also said that changing fluid would help but I had just done that so he said I didn't need to do it again.

Thank your expert for me. I appreciate his input. I will stop at O'Rielly's in the morning and pick up 2 K & W Trans-X limited Slip Gear Oil Additives. Hope I can get it in as the diff. seems full already. I've read a few other websites suggesting the same, or even clutch pack replacement. That seems to be costs of $1200 & up!. Worth the additive try first.

Success !!
I added 1 more 4oz bottle of Amsoil additive and it seems to have cured about 95% of the shudder on turns.
Thanks guys !!
Hope the rest may just be normal, or that I'm still running the original Goodyear Wrangler RT/S tires. Might replace them next fall.

UPDATE / QUESTION? Shudder is still there (slightly) after a couple hundred miles in town driving. Wondering if if could be the front diff.?????? Is that a possiblility and what are cures available. Rotated the original Wrangler RT/S tires front to back with no effect.

Front has an open diff unless you added a LS or locker. You don't need any additives up there.
