Thanks!

The taillight look must be be just that I’m parked in the shade and the filter I put on the picture

We'll, crap. Because that's almost exactly the look I want for my tails. Not blacked out, just a smokey cherry red.

What I really want is something like these but nobody makes anything like them for the flareside.

Yes, nice truck. Clean!
I'd agree with some of those mods, but I would leave the chrome bumpers and might even like those same wheels, but in chrome. I think the chrome makes it look more classic. Different strokes

Either way, very nice truck!

A couple lite coats of Nightshade will give you the look you're wanting.

Yeah, I know. I've never worked with the stuff, though, and am not sure what constitutes a "light" coat, and I'm also concerned about getting them to match while trying to be that minimal. I'll probably buy a can and practice on some plexiglass or something. Meanwhile, I want to find a spare set to tint (or run with) so I can take my time, and have them cleared at a local shop when they have another job to do. That'll save me a couple o' bucks.

I should have kept the lights out of the '99, but I sold the bed complete and he kinda wanted them.

All I can say is that's amazing. Clearly the F150 is your summer vehicle there in NH.

Really wish a thread like this didn't end up on page 11. Should have stayed in the stickies. That was the only reason anyone went to the stickies anyways Show'em Off!!! Post up 97-03 trucks!-photo470.jpg

You know, as bad***** as that bumper is, I *almost* like the stock one for your truck better for some reason I can't put my finger on

And yes, this thread should have stayed in the stickies.

Bumper looks GREAT 02B&W! I love the level you've taken your truck to and it makes me feel guilty for neglecting mine so much. :0)

Hahahahaha yeah I do miss the simplicity of the OEM bumper, but it was chopped up from trimming to fit and things, was going to cost me about the same all said and done to get a new oem and paint it!
