And now for the cancer... my bed is rock solid; my cab not so much. I have two cross members that have some rust holes that probably shouldn't be there. Could only get a clear pic of one cross member. Then my rockers are TOAST on both sides... hmm maybe jbrew would offer up his labor? Lol and then this started last year on the rear driver door... from the inside out so by the time I saw it, it was too late. Been trying to keep an eye out for a junkyard door that's solid. Plan is to buy a welder and try my rockers, find a good clean used door and then pray I can fix the cross members cheap enough.

Part of the reason I keep hedging is the headlights will lead to needing (wanting) Depo fogs, and all new bubs, so $100 quickly becomes $250+
And yes, those headlights "make" the truck. :thumbsup"

[QUOTE=2001f150hd;5294668]Do you have a link to those headlights[/QUOTE
Not a link as I use Ebay UK but it is eBay item number:131166244028
Seller is in the USA as expected
Fitting went pretty well, only slight problem I had was with the drivers side corner marker, it didn't want to locate properly into the guide holes
I ended up removing the guide collars and then it slipped in a lot easier and as usual, you have to re-use the metal screw clip from your original lights
Only fitted this morning so not used at night yet but they have to be better than the cloudy originals that I removed.
Just got to go get them aligned in the morning

Oh 3rd option is what I listed above, trying to fix all the rust. I love the truck but rust is just a major headache

The only thing stopping me from trading it in on an f250 is the fact that right now I have ZERO car payments and I trust it to drive a 20hr round trip.

It's a tough decision. It's almost more worth it to hunt down a new 10th gen and take the good parts off yours or swap cabs and beds before trying to piece together metal patches. At this point (from your pictures) you'd better off just getting a whole new bed and cab and take your time on the swap versus all the cutting welding bodyworking and painting new rockers and things.
