How exactly does that work with converting to 6x135? I didn't think that was possible on these trucks cause something to do with different sizes of hubs or something

Its gonna require custom axles and brake parts in the rear and some special machining and a complete spindle swap up front. He's probably just gonna use adapters.

Im running a 9.75" rear diff. Have to relocate spring and shock mounts on it. On the front the plan is to use the same rotor but have it drilled for the 6 lug.

Drilling for 6 lugs, How easily is that done? I've read about people talking about doing it but only remember one guy actually getting it done.

Do you have a schematic?

I think the hub bore is different on 6x135 so it's not as easy as just drilling new holes

Has anyone tried drilling one yet? That alone MIGHT be a small feat. I haven't, but I know that's some hard stuff.

Was curious, I guess they can be drilled fairly easily, just seen a guy do all his with a step drill, nothing special. They have a variety bolt hole templets available as well....huh.

Someone gave me a set of Raptor Wheels a while ago. I've always been against spacers from an extreme conditions standpoint. My trucks takes a beating sometimes but if they are made well enough and only wide enough to do the lug change, maybe they'd be Ok?? I've only been considering it because my new wheels (-0 offset 8.5") makes my passenger front tire make contact on the sidewall somewhere.

CarCrazy was talking to someone a few months back about drilling out the rotors and it seemed plausible. I think they even posted a diagram of how they'd drill. Drilling would be a better option because I've been considering a new Electric Locker from a '12+ in the rear.

..so far my plans for the truck far outweigh its value, lol. My wife has to real me in sometimes.

Yes.... your truck will explode before quality spacers do. The hate is from uninformed morons who buy China pot metal spacers and expect 400$ billet results. I've been on my 3" 6061 billets for two years now and currently running a 37x12.50 on 20x12's with NO ISSUES. And I've tested them for sure...
Edit; drilling the rotors is more pain, more haste, and probably more issues than just quality 2" spacers. Morons like Redford with his eBay catalog truck with hand tight lugs get on here and spew hate because they didn't have the common sense to install correctly .
